CYT200

I was first introduced to yoga in 2017, but wasn't until 2020 that it became a consistent practice and a true part of my life. Through that commitment, I began to noticing not only physical changed in my body, but also a deeper sense of calm, awareness, and connection within myself.

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 to deepen my practice and follow a growing calling to teach. In 2025, I began creating online yoga content with the intention of making yoga more accessible and approachable for people at every stage of their journey. I'm incredibly grateful to be returning to teaching regularly in a studio setting in 2026 and feel honored to share this beautiful space and be part of this local community.

I'm originally from Panama and have called Clarksville home since the late 90s. I'm a mom of two almost grown kids (still wrapping my head around that!), a dog mom to two pups, and a cat. My husband, a retired combat veteran, began joining me in yoga, and witnessing the healing and strength he's gained has been a powerful source of inspiration for me to continue learning, growing, and sharing this practice.

My personal practice ranges from HOT 26 to Restorative- I truly lean into what my body needs on any given day. In my classes, I blend mobility, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin to create intentional, supportive experiences that encourage strength, awareness, and ease. Outside the studio, we love adventurous travel, exploring different cultures, and discovering great food along the way.
