FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Bring water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat if you have one. We have a limited amount of mats available if you do not have one.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Dress for comfort. Generally, anything that allows movement.

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES IN ADVANCED?

We recommend signing up for classes online as classes may fill up quickly, however it is not required.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Yes! We have plenty of parking spaces in front and around the side of the studio.

I'M NEW TO YOGA, WHAT CLASS SHOULD I TAKE?

We have classes for everyone! Our classes range from beginner friendly to intermediate. If you're new to yoga, you can't go wrong starting with one of our more gentle classes such as Peaceful Flow, Yin or Restorative. We recommend having a steady practice before taking an intermediate class.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

We are a cash free studio. We take debit/credit cards, Venmo and Cash App.

DO I HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA?

It is a misunderstanding that you have to be flexible to do yoga. We work on many levels including the body, the breath and mind in every class. You will find yourself becoming more flexible as you continue to practice yoga.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF YOGA?

With regular practice, you will notice your body getting stronger and more flexible. On a mental level you will notice improved focus and maintain relaxed breathing.

CAN  I EAT BEFORE CLASS?

We do not recommend eating a large meal within two hours of class, however a light meal or snack that is easily digested is best. It's best to be hydrated before class.

CAN I PRACTIVE YOGA WHILE PREGNANT?

If you have an established practice and your medical provider has approved you to continue we support your practice. However, all heated and Yin classes are contraindicated for all prenatal students.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

 Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
