Have you been curious about Ashtanga but just want to dip your toes in to know the basics? In Ashtanga Inspired we'll explore the primary series with a gentler approach to this powerful practice. Each movement is guided by the breath, promoting a mindful and meditative flow with an emphasis on safe supportive alignment, with options to use props to suit your individual needs. This class is suitable for beginners with some yoga experience, who are familiar with Sun Salutations and have a basic level of mobility and anyone seeking a slower, more introspective practice.

Flow & Tone

Flow & Tone is a dynamic class designed to invigorate your body and mind as you head into the weekend. This class is incorporates 2lb. ankle and wrist weights to amplify the intensity of traditional yoga poses, sculpting strength and building endurance. Expect to challenge your balance, activate stabilizer muscles, and fire up your core with dynamic sequences that seamlessly blend movement and strength. Set to a killer playlist with upbeat tracks and rhythmic beats, the music keeps you motivated and moving. Mobility + Deep Stretch

This class is a unique blend of active and passive movements designed to improve and enhance flexibility, release tension, and improve overall mobility. Applying dynamic mobility exercises to warm up the joints and spine while preparing the muscles for deeper stretching transitioning into a calming yin yoga practice, targeting the deep connective tissues. To enhance the benefits of this class. we may incorporate cupping and tennis balls. These tools help break up muscle adhesions and improve blood flow.

Myoyin

Myoyin combines the therapeutic benefits of myofascial release with the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga. Using tennis balls, gentle pressure, and long-held postures, this class helps release tension in the fascia, increase mobility, and create a deeper connection to your body. Perfect for those seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, and release. Myoyin is a gentle yet powerful practice.

Pelvic Power & Core Awareness

This 45 minute class offers a gentle yet powerful approach to strengthening your body's center of support. Through intentional breath and low-impact movement, you'll awaken the deep core and pelvic floor- improving balance, stability, and ease in everyday life. Warm Power Slow Flow

This class blends the strength and heat of power yoga with the mindfulness of a slower pace. Moving intentionally through dynamic postures, you’ll build strength, stability, and endurance while staying deeply connected to breath and alignment. Expect longer holds, controlled transitions, and a balance of challenge and awareness that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and grounded. Perfect for those who love the intensity of power but with the steadiness of slow flow. *warm class heated between 85-90 degrees and is not prenatal friendly

Restorative

V

Restorative yoga is the yoga of deep rest. It is an invitation to make self-care a priority. Restorative Yoga is designed to rest the body with gentle floor based poses using bolsters, blankets, and other props to fully support the body while slowing down mental activity, bringing ease to the breath, and tuning into the nervous system's healing capacity. Each blissful pose is held between 8-10 minutes. Quiet the body and mind and melt into stillness.

Sun & Moon

V

The sun represents movement, heat, strength and light. The moon constitutes grounding, stillness, quiet and cooling off. Incorporating the best of both worlds. The first part of class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly. Emphasis is placed on safe alignment and the maintaining balance of slow breathing. The slow flow allows the body to warm up, creating an opportunity for the body and mind to lose its restlessness so it is easier to settle into a place of stillness as we transition into the moon section of class. Shifting down on our mats, we'll hold postures for 3-5 minutes allowing time to gently release the more denser tissue of the body while granting us time to nourish the body and mind.

Sun & Moon II

This class hosts Vinyasa II for the first half of class where we have fun with creative, more challenging sequencing to get the body moving for our yang side, then we'll slow it down, take a one minute savasana and float into our Yin side focusing on our breath and sensations in the body.

Vinyasa II

Take your practice to the next level in Vinyasa 2, a dynamic and creatively sequenced flow designed for seasoned students looking to deepen their practice. This class offers opportunities for the use of sanskrit, arm balances, inversions, and advanced transitions, while maintaining a strong focus on breath and movement connection. Expect to challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility through playful, intelligent sequencing that keeps your practice fresh and exciting. While modifications are always available, this class is best suited for those with a solid foundation in Vinyasa yoga and a willingness to explore new possibilities on the mat. Come ready to move, sweat, and flow with confidence!

Yin

Yin is a quiet meditative practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture is held from 3-5 minutes to encourage a slow and safe opening of the connective tissue. Also improving energy flow and enhancing the flow of chi. A powerful practice for anyone longing for a release in the body and mind.

Yin Yang

This class begins with a beautifully choreographed sequence that moves fluidly from the front to the back of the mat, creating a dance-like rhythm of power, grace, and breath. Expect to build heat and cultivate focus as you flow through this energizing sequence. The second half of class shifts into deep stretches, allowing your body to soften, stretch, and restore. Long-held poses will target deep connective tissues, encouraging release and relaxation after the fiery Dragon Flow.
