Join us for our favorite post-feast tradition — a free, slow-moving class designed to help you work out all that delicious food and stimulate the digestive system in the gentlest way. This class is perfect for all levels — we’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and end with plenty of rest to leave you feeling light, balanced, and restored.
