Ashtanga Inspired
Have you been interested in Ashtanga Yoga but want to just dip your toes in to know the basics? In Ashtanga Inspired we'll explore the primary series with a gentler approach to this powerful practice. Each movement is guided by the breath, promoting a mindful and meditative flow with an emphasis on safe and supportive alignment, with options to use props to suit your individual needs.
Although there is no music in Ashtanga, you'll be guided by your glorious ujjayi breath!
This class is suitable for beginners with some yoga experience, who are familiar with Sun Salutations and have a basic level of mobility and anyone seeking a slower, more introspective practice.

Gentle Flow + Mindfulness
Find balance, calm, and connection in this 60 minute class combining gentle flowing movements with breath awareness and mindful pauses facilitating opportunity for union of body and mind.
You'll be guided through a series of easy-to-follow poses cultivating body awareness designed to release tension, build mobility, and encourage a deeper sense of calm.
This class is ideal for anyone seeking to unwind and connect with themselves.

Every week, a new teacher brings their unique style to this dynamic, energizing class! Expect creative sequences, active movement, and plenty of variety as you explore different flows and techniques. Perfect for anyone who love to mix it up and keep their practice fresh. Come ready to move, and go with the flow!

Humble Heart Flow
Humble Heart Flow is our signature flow consisting of a fixed sequence with a series of poses that will challenge your strength, flexibility and balance. During Phase I, we transition slowly from one pose to the next, slowly building up heat, saying "hello" to the body. As we move into Phase II we seamlessly shift into the same poses but with more challenging options, working our way up to a minute plank and cooling down with Sikari Pranayama and floor postures.

Restorative
Restorative yoga is the yoga of deep rest. It is an invitation to make self-care a priority. Restorative Yoga is designed to rest the body with gentle floor based poses using bolsters, blankets, and other props to fully support the body while slowing down mental activity, bringing ease to the breath, and tuning into the nervous system's healing capacity.
Each blissful pose is held between 8-10 minutes. Quiet the body and mind and melt into stillness.
Level: All levels, beginner and prenatal friendly.

Rise & Shine
It's a beautiful new day and opportunity to find self care. So, what better way is there to begin than with a fun practice that greets the sunrise? Join us as we wake up the body and breath with gentle stretching that leads to getting on our feet and finding full body movement. It's truly the best way to Rise...and Shine!

Slow Flow & Warm Slow Flow
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge with a renewed experience. This class is geared towards all practitioners looking to build muscle strength and body awareness.
*Warm Slow Flow heat between 85-90 degrees and is Not prenatal friendly.

Sun & Moon and Sun & Moon II
The sun represents movement, heat, strength and light. The moon constitutes grounding, stillness, quiet and cooling off. Incorporating the best of both worlds. The first part of class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures designed to build internal heat slowly. Emphasis is placed on safe alignment and the maintaining balance of slow breathing. The slow flow allows the body to warm up, creating an opportunity for the body and mind to lose its restlessness so it is easier to settle into a place of stillness as we transition into the moon section of class. Shifting down onto our mats, we'll hold postures for 3-5 minutes allowing time to gently release the more denser tissue of the body while granting us time to nourish the body and mind.

Vinyasa I & Warm Vinyasa I
Vinyasa I is geared towards those who are new to yoga. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and other poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.
*Warm Vinyasa heats 85-90 degrees, Not prenatal friendly.
Level I: Beginner friendly

Vinyasa II
Vinyasa ll is geared to the more experienced practitioners. Expect more refined alignment, longer holds, faster pacing at times, options for inversions and arm balances and more complex creative sequencing. Students must have a basic understanding of the names of the poses and transitions.

Yin
Yin is a quiet meditative practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture is held from 3-5 minutes to encourage a slow and safe opening of the connective tissue. Also improving energy flow and enhancing the flow of chi. A powerful practice for anyone longing for a release in the body and mind.
All levels. Not prenatal friendly.

Mobility + Yin/ Deep Stretch
This class is a unique blend of active and passive movements designed to improve and enhance flexibility, release tension, and improve overall mobility.
Applying dynamic mobility exercises to warm up the joints and spine while preparing the muscles for deeper stretching transitioning into a calming yin yoga practice, targeting the deep connective tissues.
To enhance the benefits of this class, we may incorporate myofascial release techniques using cupping and tennis balls. These tools help to break up muscle adhesions and improve blood flow.

MyoYin
MyoYin combines the therapeutic benefits of myofascial release with the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga. Using tennis balls, gentle pressure, and long-held postures, this class helps release tension in the fascia, increase mobility, and create a deeper connection to your body. Perfect for those seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, and release MyoYin is a gentle yet powerful practice.

Flow & Tone
Flow & Tone is a dynamic yoga class designed to invigorate your body and mind as you head into the weekend. This class incorporates ankle and wrist weights to amplify the intensity of traditional yoga poses, sculpting strength and building endurance. Expect to challenge your balance, activate stabilizer muscles, and fire up your core with dynamic sequences that seamlessly blend movement and strength.
Set to a killer playlist with upbeat tracks and rhythmic beats, the music keeps you motivated and moving. Whether you’re holding a weighted Warrior II, flowing through a weighted Vinyasa, or holding boat pose with ankle weights, this class is designed to push your limits while keeping the vibe fun and energizing.
