Hobbies: I make jewelry and art from resin, I also enjoy sewing, painting and roller skating.
What Yoga Has Taught Me: Yoga has taught me how to connect my mind with my body and be mindful about what I can feel. Also how to move with purpose and strength throughout my life. I've learned great breathing techniques that benefit me daily and to  feel grounded and present everyday which helps me feel my best all the  time. Yoga has been so beneficial to so many people, and the best thing about it is that everyone can do it!
